Back in the spring of 2006 a person ,unknown to us ,made a rash and harsh statement about Poos4u on a site that is less than reasonable . And it is posted all over the net from that site . Most people only see the Headlines and never read the whole ..You need to read the whole and you will find that the poster is an imposter .She is NOT a poos4u customer ,she is a breeder or a friend of a particular one ..
Ordinary People , Rescue workers and Breeders and Brokers set out to destroy another for really no reason .Maybe you blocked one from a talk board ,maybe you would not recomend one as you don't know them or they do not have the same breeding practices you have ,maybe they hate you for no reason or because you are a breeder .We get letters constantly about how someone is going to 'get us ' because we are ...a breeder . Other breeders are jealous ,because you are number 1 (they don't realize you have been there alot longer than they or have set standards that are not what they do or because you tell it like it is and don't pull punches or use 'sales tactics ' like they do and it 'cramps their style ' , then there are just hateful people that set out to hurt others for no know reason ,but just to do so . The net is full of it .
At this time there is at least 5 to 6 Maltipoo /maltepoo/maltapoo breeders on that site and before it is over ,all will be on there for one reason or another . Whether true or false information ,that site lets anyone post it about any person or business .Sooner or later they have to be held accountable for that . Laws about the intnernet as with all laws will change . I am working now toward that goal . You can also check out breeders by not going on the net ,that is too much a place where you get as many lies as you do truth from ,but with the Better Business Bureau and their vets .
Every breeder has had issues .Whether it be a flea or an illness or other ,it happens . This is live animals ,not dolls ,so issues do happen . How to tell good from bad is how often it happens and how the breeder deals with it . Not all issues that dogs have are the breeders fault .However many people seem to think it should be .
The one about me is totally untrue . I fought it because it is untrue . Lies told to try and destroy me because the breeder was posted about on another page on that site . 2 wrongs never make a right .However ,this person was and is VERY WRONG .
Poos4u has NEVER had Parvo and has NEVER bought a puppy from another breeder to sell .All our puppies are born here and raised here and leave from here to go to new homes .
Parvo is NOT even in the equasion ,why ?
Because we make sure all our puppies have all shots BEFORE they leave to go to a new home .If a puppy of ours had parvo once they go to a new home ,the person would have had to actually insert the parvo in it . It is virtually impossible for one of ours to have parvo .
Plus ,if one puppy here had parvo ,all would have it .Parvo is not somthing that just one puppy gets ,unless the puppy gets it after it goes soemwhere else ..Alot of people do not understand parvo ,it is a rapidly catching virus that would take every puppy ,not just one . It would have taken every puppy in that litter and every puppy on theplace and some older dogs as well .
At our house ,Even Rabies shots are given before one leaves .So we ensure our puppies are well vaccinated BEFORE they ever leave here ..
We are very strict with our puppies and our customers like that .Why ,you ask ? Because they know that when you get a new puppy ,the breeder should take all care that there is as little as possible that could go wrong . Many of our customers vets have called us and told us and our vets that what we do is virtually unknown to happen in the breeder world .And they are VERY impressed with our puppies .
Yes ,Poos4u has had some issues ..
We once bought some Poodles from a breeder in Georgia and they had mange ,I was unaware of it and actually got the mange ( scabbies) from them and took it to my puppies . This was a few years ago .The breeder and I had lawsuits against each other until both were dropped because I would not settle .So ,if a breeder from Georgia tells you that Poos4u is a bad place or to stay away from poos4u ,most likely it is the breeder that sold me the mange or one of her friends . So check out that with me first before you listen to a crock of bull coming from that place . I can prove what I say and only say what I can prove . However that is not to say all breeders in Georgia are bad .I happen to only know one personally but,I am very open to getting to know other breeders in Georgia that practice the same strict practices we do with our puppies .Those can call me and we will set a time to meet and talk and get to know each other .The same goes for any breeder that is open and honest and tries to always put the animals first . We are always looking for those that are decent and caring .We find few .
Check with MY vet and he will tell you ,the only time I have ever had a large issue is when a breeder did me wrong .

We do know who the culprit is now however that placed the terrible posting about us online . It took awhile to actually get it all together but we found them . Actually , the person posing as a book writter had alot to do with it .So if a person saying they are (writting a book for instance ) wants to ask you some questions ,check them out first , usually they pose as writters or as a person with a gripe on a breeder and try to get you to say anything that can hel;p them get the least amount of info they can on that particular site . Then they take it and make it more than what it is or was .It is to make sure they get the top rankings ,they go after the top breeders ,businesses and yes even rescues first .
And it is another breeder (or friend of hers ) . She knows who she is and if you inquire about me to her and she gives a negative answer about me ,YOU will also know who it is .
be very careful about who you buy your puppy from if you live in the South . Southern Charm and Hospitality and Honesty have went to the devil when Maltipoos and other crossbreeds became more sought after ,breeders flocked to the net and still do and are out to destroy each other .
I really don't want to play their games and so I will refrain from it unless they are on me and I will tell you this right now I will give as good as I get and more . I will fight for what I care about and that is my animals ,my name and my family .
FYI ...
All Poos4u puppies are born and raised here at my home .
We do not raise them in cages ,we do not overbreed ,we do not buy and sell other peoples puppies and we DO NOT HAVE PARVO .

We understand and care for our babies as if they were never to leave and each one is special and we are strict .
Never believe for a minute that we would sell you a sick parvo puppy,it will not happen . Our vet checks our puppies and if one puppy has parvo ...all do ..We would know .A breeder could not help from knowing that .
Puppies can and do have issues when they go to a new home .That is normal ,however we will be there for you and them and always remember ...Poos4u was here and will be here long before and long after all these fly by nights have come and gone .
We will never sell you a sick puppy knowingly and we guarentee that no parvo can come from here .
